aeru awai will not disclose Personal Information to third parties without consent from the Customer except to share with aeru company and in any of the following cases.

- When disclosure is required by law
- When it is necessary to collaborate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity appointed by either a national agency or local government in order to carry out duties mandated by law, and when obtaining the consent of the Customer or any other relevant party may hinder the execution of those duties.
